Millport Festival I can't go! This will be the first year since forever(excluding 2001) that I haven't been to the Millport Festival. kidthe-kid the first is off to Brownie camp this weekend so I need to be here to get her and stuff. I could go down to Millport for the day but to be honest thats a bit pish really, it's a fair distance and I'd need to stay sober. No good I'm sure y'all will agree. Plus visiting the festival for one day doesn't quite lend itself to the absorption of great atmosphere. i.e. it sucks.

Millport was my favorurite festival of the season, has been for ages. Despite the bickering between the westerners and the linedancers, which let's face it, is everywhere these days eh.. I go to Skipton, Whitton Castle, Craig Tara and Millport. That's my festival year. I feel like the heart is being ripped from it this year! lol How over dramatic.

No dancing, no shooting, no drinking. dammit.... oh well..

I STILL need to get to the dancing up this way at some point. Show them how it's really done eh, lol.

In other news...

kid the-kid the 4th is now 5 weeks old, wow, that's 5 weeks of sleepless nights gone in a flash, doesn't feel like it. It's definately a whole load easier this time to keep on top of everything, I'm not faither of the year but I'm doing my bit. I have this place running like a well oiled machine!

I am also selling the car:

Yes, the time has come to say goodbye to my trusty steed. It will be a sad day to see it go I must say. I enjoy the looks it gets and it's easily the most practical vehicle I have ever owned.

I am selling it to help me purchase a new car. I will be sticking with another of the same, just an upgrade really(saw it and fell in love as usual). I don't see myself ever driving anything else now, I am really bitten. lol
