Reclaiming Bank Charges-again! I've been on Martin Lewis's Money Saving Expert site recently quite a lot. One thing is disturbing me. The amount of people who are accepting partial payments from their banks!
Whats up with that? If they are partially paying out they will pay out in full. People are losing thousands of pounds by not seeing it through/chickening out early.
Relax people, you will get your money back, your bank WILL NOT see you in court. You are losing loads of money by accepting these near offers.
For anyone who hasn't claimed yet(in Scotland) heres how....

It couldn't be simpler. Get your cash back now - and DO NOT accept partial offers, after all, would the bank accept only partial payment of their charges? I think not.

Buzzzzzzzzzzz We've been doing our Christmas shopping recently and found that we need loads of batteries for all the kids toys. Catty bought them yesterday....
Today I stupidly told my work'mates' at lunch: "Aye, she spent forty quid on batteries yesterday".

...I knew it as soon as I heard myself say it.

Reclaiming Bank Charges It seems the Haliban has conceeded defeat in the ongoing charge reclaim saga.
I phoned them to make sure that's what the money is, but the guy couldn't get into the system. He said to phone back tomorrow between 9 and 5.
So the bank charge score now stands at:
- Haliban 0 billythekid 15
- Haliban £0 billythekid £590.79
